Some tips to enhance your spa experience

• When booking appointments, we kindly request you also pre-book recommended Add-On/Up-Grade Services desired to ensure we allow adequate time to provide the best possible service.

• New or first-time spa clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment or 30 minutes if you would like to enjoy a complimentary steam.

•Your appointment time is reserved for you. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We regret we will not delay the next guest’s scheduled appointment.

•In order to maintain a relaxing and enjoyable environment, we kindly request children be brought into the spa only when they have an appointment. We encourage you to turn off all cell phones, pagers, and speak softly to allow for a more stress-free environment for yourself and those around you.

•To better serve clients on our cancellation list, we request 24-hour advanced notice when canceling individual appointments.

• Spa D’Athena requires a credit card in order to book parties of three or more. Your credit card will not be charged provided you and the rest of your party attend the services scheduled or cancel your appointments 48 hours in advance.

• A gratuity fee of 15% of your services may be added to groups of 3 or more.

• Robes and slippers are provided. Robes fit sizes 2-22.

• To guarantee availability on your next appointment, please schedule prior to leaving the spa or salon.

• Prices and packages are subject to change without notice.

•We are interested in your suggestions. Please let us know how we may better serve you.

• Ask about our Club Athena, Club Teen Athena, and Repeat Rewards Program.
